- Master Vendor
- Blended
Many organisations are wary of a Master Vendor model where the MSP supplies the majority of the contractors as they feel that they will not get the best rates or access to the widest talent.
In most instances this is unfounded as it is in the interest of the Master Vendor to supply the best contractors at the lowest price point to maintain their volumes.

Paramount among these in the Australian & New Zealand market is cost but more mature buyers, particularly those who are looking at second or third generation services, are looking for additional benefits such as greater analytics capability, access to SOW services, and a better experience for their contractors.
